Our Story
Big Brain Racing started in 2022 as a small sim racing team, a handful of drivers racing together for the love of it. What began as a hobby quickly turned competitive, and over the following years the team grew into a serious presence on the grid, racing across all levels of sim racing and steadily building a track record most part-time teams never get close to.
As the team grew, so did the community around it. In 2025, Big Brain Racing merged with ACM Racing, bringing our competitive racing heritage together with one of the world's largest sim racing platforms. That merger turned Big Brain Racing from a single team into the parent company behind an entire ecosystem, ACM Racing's 5,000+ member community, its 685+ hosted races, and 680,000+ laps completed and counting.
Today, under the direction of directors Matt Redfearn and Harry Goswell, Big Brain Racing continues to operate as an active competitive team while ACM Racing runs the wider platform, events, and broadcast operations. Along the way, we've raised over £17,000 for charitable causes through our events, and we're not slowing down.
